Reason to use

The international General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for charter contracts were developed to establish a unified, legally compliant framework within the charter industry. The aim is to support both charter providers and agencies in alignment with European consumer protection laws and to ensure a fair balance of interests between charterers and charter companies. Individual agreements are allowed but must not contradict the GTC. The GTC are designed to minimize conflicts arising from differing interpretations and are available in multiple languages. Usage is restricted to officially licensed charter companies.
